Web of Science - All Databases This link opens in a new window
Web of Science indexes a wide range of content including journals published in China. The content in this database (titles and abstracts) is translated into English, so search for your topic in English rather than Chinese. Once you see an article that looks relevant, click the yellow "More" button to access the content through RIT Libraries.

Google Scholar
Google Scholar contains a variety of resources including journal articles and technical reports. To find articles published in Chinese, add language:Chinese to the end of your search.
China Academic Journals Full-Text Database
This database indexes a wide-range of academic journals published in the Chinese language – articles should be searched in Chinese, not English. RIT Libraries does not have a current subscription to this database, so articles will need to be requested for free using interlibrary loan.
National Social Science Database
This is a free database of social science journals funded by the Chinese government from the last 5 years.
