As first year students, you are being given a lot of new information! This guide is designed to help
you become familiar with the library resources that are available to you. In addition to the materials
available in your local campus library, you also have access to a vast amount of research material
through the RIT Library in Rochester, NY.
Ms. Chippy Prem is your Librarian at your RIT Dubai campus library. She is available to assist you in your research needs. My role, as the Global Education Librarian, is to also help you navigate the resources available through the RIT Library and find the information you need. We can both provide assistance in your research projects by helping you use our databases and search tools more effectively.
