You cite only the journal articles that you actually read.
You do not cite the author's journal article references that you see listed at the end of the journal article.

Go to the zotero's website to register and to create your own username and password
Download the zotero desktop app
Download the zotero windows app to appear in Microsoft Word
Download zotero's web browser connectors
Use the website forum pages to troubleshoot technical issues
Zotero allows you to use googledoc or a word document to add your list of collected article citations
To reorder intext citations: highlight the intext citation then make the change then hit refresh
