Both databases republish legal materials made public by various government entities, but they also contain proprietary tools which can help with legal research.
I recommend using Westlaw as our subscription only contains legal material making it easier to search for legal information.
Use of RIT resources is reserved for current RIT students, faculty
and staff for academic and teaching purposes only.
