Below is a list of suggested books for further reading and research.

Also, please also consider the use of RIT Library's interlibrary loan service and the ConnectNY catalog. ConnectNY is a consortium of New York State Universities who borrow and lend from one another and offer a searchable catalog. See below:

Interlibrary Loan

  • The first time you would like to make a request, you will be asked to create your own personal account. Fill our the registration form to the best of your ability, it's ok to leave some fields blank. Your login credentials will be your RIT username and password, your RIT email will be the mode of communication used to inform you of the status of your request.


  • Within the ConnectNY catalog, you can easily search by title, author or subject. If there is a book you wish to request, simply follow the prompts to do so.
