Below are some articles and information that highlight ways in which a person can play up their strengths and show how their neurodiversity makes them a unique and beneficial candidate. Neurodivergent individuals often possess unique strengths, such as attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creativity. Showcase these strengths prominently in your resume and cover letter. Provide concrete examples from your experiences that demonstrate these qualities.
