Search for Deaf Topics Using Google Tools

Sometimes it is helpful to search Google Books to find more information on this topic. If you see a book you like, you can check our RIT Libraries Catalog to see if we have it.

If we don't, check the Connect NY Catalog. If Connect NY doesn't have it, you may request the book via Interlibrary Loan Services.

Google Scholar is also helpful. If we have the database article, it will show up as a RIT Library link and you can read the article. Sometimes we do not have the article, but you can request it for free via our Interlibrary Loan Services. Set your library preferences in Google Scholar and check off RIT so you can access our database articles when using Google Scholar.

LibX is an add-on for Firefox or Chrome that helps you connect to the library's resources directly while browsing the web. Install the Firefox add-on or the Chrome add-on.
