With COVID-19 dominating almost every news cycle, it can be hard to know where to look for accurate health information. Aside from the pandemic, there is a lot of contradictory information about healthy living from which diet is the best to what kind of exercise is key to weight loss and more, so it can be hard to know which sources you should believe.
As a health journalist and future marriage and family therapist, I believe that it’s important to consume quality health information from trusted sources to ensure we are living our best, healthiest lives. If we don’t have our health, we don’t have much else. Below I have compiled some of the most dependable health news sources, social media accounts and digital reporting tools so you can feel confident about where you are gathering your health information.
