There are many resources that help you understand your rights under the ADA and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act. Information for employers available at the DeafTEC website is a good start. Check out the book Legal Rights: The Guide for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing People. Develop self-advocacy skills. Check out the National Deaf Center for more info.
