During your time at RIT you are likely to be asked to write a variety of different types of documents such as annotated bibliographies, literature reviews, or research reports/essays. Before starting any project make sure that you understand your assignment's guidelines. The resources listed below provide guidance on the general characteristics of each source type, but your professor may have his or her own requirements.
