The Culinary Arts collection includes 150 of the major cooking and nutrition magazines. Coverage includes thousands of searchable recipes, restaurant reviews, and industry information.
Contains discussion of National Cuisine for each country entry. Look under Food and Recipes after choosing the country. This is an information tool used by expatriate employees to understand the cultures they are working in.
