Similar to the Mental Measurements Yearbook, this site provides access to test reviews, not the tests themselves. Because this site is not part of RIT's subscriptions, you are able to search for reviews, but the individual reviews need to be purchased.
PsycTESTS provides access to actual test instruments, most of which are available for download. If you're looking for an actual test or measure (as opposed to a review), this is the place to start.
