Federica Raheli received the Laurea degree in biological science from the University of Genova, Genova, Italy, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree in innovative materials and technologies from the Istituto Superiore Universitario di Formazione Interdisciplinare (ISUFI), University of Salento, Lecce, Italy, in 2007. She is a Freelance Nutritionist Biologist.
