For business research this comes in handy for journal articles that are embargoed or delayed from redistribution into databases like ProQuest and Ebsco. ILL helps get the latest articles when not immediately available in databases.
Use the Table of contents (TOC) to learn which articles to order from interlibrary loan for your research. Important because the library only has immediate full text through 2010.
