Louis Frisino of Maryland had four of his wildlife designs portrayed on State of Maryland wildlife revenue stamps. Like many other states' wildlife revenue stamps, these are issued as permits for the stamp holder to hunt or fish for the permitted wildlife game and are means of income for the state government to maintain its wildlife program. Afework Mengsha, has etched some designs onto several stamps from Ethiopia.
