Zotero offers an official iOS app for your iPhone or iPad. A Zotero app for Android devices is available only in beta at this time - see the Zotero for Mobile documentation page below for details.
Zotero also integrates with several third-party apps for iOS and Android, most notably BrowZine.
Zotero now allows you to use the iOS Shortcuts app to scan a book's ISBN barcode and save the data to Zotero
