Most of our DVDs are off-site. You can request delivery of the item. Below is a library catalog where you can search using your keywords You can narrow your catalog search to videos only. Some videos are available online.If you need to find a video offsite, this short video shows you how to request an offsite video (ie, building 99).  It takes a day or two for the DVD to be delivered to the Library Services Desk, where you can pick it up.

YouTube has online videos you can look at. Use the keywords deaf AND (African American OR black). Do not use the asterisk for your keywords when searching for YouTube videos. You can also check out the Gallaudet Video Catalog. It is best if you have the name of a person, such as Foster, Andrew.
