Before sharing a direct link to an RIT-licensed resource, use one of the options below to create a proxied version of the link. Proxied links allow RIT users to easily access licensed materials from off campus.
Method 1:
Copy the URL you need and paste it in the input box labelled “URL to EZProxy”. It will then create a link to the URL you need to be EZProxied. Clicking on the link will take you to the website.
Method 2:
Manually copy this url: https://ezproxy.rit.edu/login?url= and add it to the beginning of the URL you wish to visit. Make sure you check this URL works correctly before sharing it with others.
