There is a book, The Higher Education of the HI Persons in Japan that may be checked out.

Satoshi Fukushima: Deaf-Blind Scholar

We have materials in the Deaf Studies Archive (RIT Archives) on Satoshi Fukushima. He is a professor who works at the Research Center of Advanced Science and Technology at the University of Tokyo.

The RIT Archives, 3660 in the library building is open Monday-Friday from 9 am-12 pm and 1 pm-5pm. It is best to make appointments with the archivists.
