Finding Reference Works & Books

Use the Gallaudet Encyclopedia and the Sage Encyclopedia of Deaf Studies to find Deaf artists. You can search the RIT Libraries Catalog to find books about Deaf artists. If you have the name of an artist, search using last name, one space first name, ie, Brewster, John. You can also use the keywords deaf* artist* or do a subject search Deaf Artists. If you have the name of a famous artist like Goya, check out Credo Reference.
