There is a live transcription speech-to-text built in-app for Zoom.
Go to settings —Go to In Meeting--Advanced. Go to Closed Captioning and check off to enable Live Transcription, as you see below.
Go to your Zoom meeting. You will see this option under closed captions—live transcription—Click on enable live transcription.
There is also an Otter speech-to-text app (with free, limited—use, and paid versions) built for Zoom.
