Introduction

This InfoGuide will introduce RIT Libraries Services, which are available to you. It includes an overview of services for NTID faculty and their students, an introduction to our collections and resources, and contact information.

The library is next to the SHED. To reach the library, call 585-475-2562 or text 585-542-5748. Here is contact information for various departments. My videophone number is 585-286-4635, and my email is jxnwml@rit.edu. I am also available via Zoom. My library office is 1422. I can also meet you in the LBJ building. I have an appointment calendar that shows my availability.

The gateway to library resources is the library homepage.

You can create an account to keep track of your checked-out items.

You can check the library hours under the About tab.

Summer semester hours for the library building and reference support services are 9 am-5 pm.

Note that chat services are available at this time. The Research and Instruction Department covers chat sessions when the library is open, M-F.
