Different market research resources focus on different audiences and geographic regions. You want to start by asking yourself:

  • Is my product/service for the consumer (b2c) or for a business (b2b)?
  • Is my product/service sold in the U.S. only or in other countries?

Be aware, market research is extremely expensive because of the expertise and time that goes into gathering, analyzing and presenting information. RIT Libraries does provide access to a robust collection of market and industry research reports, but we don't have everything.
