Sometimes it is helpful to use a red starburst laser pointer or other features when sharing your document or slides for easier eye tracking. Go to the toolbar, click on annotate, then click on spotlight, and the red pointer will show up.
Did you know that you can share a non-captioned video and have it transcribed if you have the transcription feature turned on? Although this feature is prone to errors, if you do not have any other alternative, this might work. You also could preview the video using transcription and correct the errors. Be sure to check off your share sound settings.
Start or join a Zoom meeting.
Click on Share Screen on the meeting toolbar.
Select the program or desktop you wish to share.
Select Share Sound in the bottom-left corner of the share selection window.
(Optional) Select the down arrow ˅ just to the right of the Share Sound option to view audio options and switch between Mono and Stereo (high fidelity) audio options.
Click on Share in the bottom-right corner to begin sharing with your device's audio included.

Sharing device audio can also be enabled after you have begun sharing by locating the share toolbar, clicking More, then selecting Share Sound.
To switch between mono and stereo sound while sharing, locate the share toolbar, click More, then select between Mono and Stereo (high fidelity) options under Select sharing sound mode.
