Run the Zoom desktop client (find it in your program menu) and Sign In to your RIT Account.
Make sure you are using Sign in with SSO to sign in properly to your RIT Account.
Click your Profile picture to the top-right.
Select Check for Updates
If there is an update, click the Update button to begin the download.
The download update will begin automatically.
Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
Log into your Zoom account and select Settings.
Click Profile, you will see the option to change your profile picture. Select Change.
Upload the picture you want and adjust it to fit well.
