Dr. Boateng provides evidence based research services for faculty, library instruction for graduates and undergraduates at the College of Health Sciences and Technology, the Institute of Health Sciences and Technology and the College of Science.
Her subject Information research expertise is in Medical/Health R & D , Vision science, Ophthalmology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Material science acquired while at Bausch & Lomb ( 7 years - R & D library manager), Corning Glass Works (R &D- 11 years) and Xerox (R&D library consultant and IT contractor- 6 years).
She has a Ed.D and M.S. in Education , MLS in Library/Information Studies. B.S. in Medical Technology- Biochemistry. SLA and MLA member
She received her Ed.D in Education degree from Saint John Fisher College.
