Jennifer Freer is the librarian/liaison supporting the Saunders College of Business at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to joining RIT in 2003, Jennifer began her library career as a Senior Information Specialist for The Conference Board. She has a B.A. in History from Binghamton University, a Master's of Library Science from Queens College, and an M.S. in Communication and Media Technologies from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Her professional interests are in the technology and methodology behind discovery of information, instruction technology and pedagogy, reference, information literacy, and the applications of artificial intelligence in research, productivity, and library services.
