Patti (Patricia) Durr

Patti is an Associate Professor in the Cultural and Creative Studies Department at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. The collage Repressive Means by Patti Durr consists of an 18" x 40" 10 pane white framed window.
