Pamela Witcher

This video is available courtesy of Patti Durr's Deaf Art, Deaf Artists website. Pamela Witcher was born in 1975 in Montreal, Canada. Her parents and brother are also Deaf; as such, she is fluent in English, French, American Sign Language, and Quebec Sign Language (LSQ). Witcher attended the MacKay Center in Montreal and earned a bachelor of arts in social work from McGill University.
