Jack Smith interviews Dr. Castle and Dr. Panara, who discuss the NTID Drama Club and the importance of theatre to Deaf students. Seven students in the Drama Club perform three works: an excerpt from Edgar Lee Masters 'Spoon River Anthology, 'Jabberwocky' by Lewis Carrol, and 'Haiku Harvest' Japanese poems. The student performers are Charles ‘Chuck’ Baird, Betti (Elizabeth) Bonni, Debbie Helwig, Thomas Orscher, Donald Stoops, Miriam Sotomayor, and Glenn Stewart.
