The Fantasticks: September 14-16, 1979

The Fantasticks was produced as a musical at the Panara Theatre, showcasing one of the world's most beloved and enduring plays in theatrical history. The production received notable acclaim as a finalist in the American College Theatre Festival XII in Newark, Delaware, underscoring its excellence and impact.

In this production, Matthew Moore, who played the role of Henry, was honored with the Irene Ryan Acting Award for excellence in acting. The cast also included Mike Lamitola as the Narrator and Mary Vreeland as Luisa, both of whom delivered standout performances that contributed significantly to the show's success and charm.
