The play, a Commedia dell'Arte piece, was one of the one-act productions directed by Paul Johnston, a former NTID/RIT graduate student and new member of the Experimental Educational Theatre Department. For their first student production, Johnston wrote and directed an original Commedia dell'Arte performance that showcased the acting styles and comedic elements characteristic of 17th-century Italian theatre.
