Where The Wild Designs Are Poster
An original interactive show that was inspired by “Biospired”, “Biomimicry” innovation, and the story “Where the Wild Things Are.”
The show demonstrated that imagination could take anyone anywhere they wanted to go. It began with a mother putting her child in his room for not listening. The child became upset and decided to go on an adventure. As he explored, he created a story in his imagination using design concepts from nature that could solve problems and make the world a better place.
The show involved sign mime, ASL poetry, songs and dances, storytelling, and interactive activities. Full access to ASL and spoken English was provided.
